Jiang Dabang, Male, born in October 1974, Doctor of Meteorology, researcher, member of CPC.

 

He is currently deputy director of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and vice president of the National Institute of Natural Disaster Prevention and control, Ministry of Emergency Management.

 

Mainly engaged in climate change research, has published more than 170 SCI journal articles. He has presided over more than 20 scientific research projects such as Youqing, Jieqing, Innovation Research Group Project (2022) . He was awarded the Liu Dongsheng Young Earth Scientist Award, Zou Jingmeng Talent Award for Meteorological Science and Technology, and the second-class National Natural Science Award (4th finisher) , he was also awarded the honorary title of¡°Young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution¡±, and received a special subsidy from the State Council. He was also the lead author of Working Group I of the Sixth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) .
