Kang Rongxue, Male, born in January 1973, Doctor of Engineering, professor, researcher, member of Communist Party of China.

He is currently vice president of the National Institute of Natural Disaster Prevention and control, Ministry of Emergency Management.

 

Mainly engaged in risk identification and assessment classification, Hazard Monitoring, emergency management and other fields of scientific research, as a project leader, project leader or technical backbone, he has undertaken more than 30 national research projects, including National 863 Program, National Science and Technology Support Program, National Key Research and Development Program, and National Natural Fund of China, published nearly 100 scientific papers.
