 Kang Rongxue, Male, born in January 1973, Doctor of Engineering, professor, researcher, member of Communist Party of China.

He is currently vice president of the National Institute of Natural Disaster Prevention and control, Ministry of Emergency Management.
 
Mainly engaged in risk identification and assessment classification, Hazard Monitoring, emergency management and other fields of scientific research, as a project leader, project leader or technical backbone, he has undertaken more than 30 national research projects, including National 863 Program, National Science and Technology Support Program, National Key Research and Development Program, and National Natural Fund of China, published nearly 100 scientific papers. He has won 12 first-class awards and more than 40 national invention patents in the State Administration of Work Safety, provincial and ministerial science and Technology Progress Awards, an expert who receives a special government subsidy from the State Council, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee for Safety Science and engineering majors in institutions of higher learning under the Ministry of Education, an expert from the state work safety expert group, and an expert from the state work Safety Emergency Response Expert Group, director of Public Safety Science and Technology Society, Executive Director of Beijing Association of Automation.
